Dan Eaton serves as the Executive Director of Medical Alternatives Rehabilitation Centers, Inc. (MARC), bringing over two decades of experience in leadership and brain injury nursing. Dan has guided the organization from its inception to its current expansive programming. Dan has developed new initiatives that have made MARC an industry leader in the market for serving the traumatic brain injury community.

Charlie Norwood, CBIS
Operations Manager
Charlie is an experienced professional with over 15 years of dedicated work supporting individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) in vocational settings. Beginning as a job coach in 2010, Charlie transitioned into management and now serves as the Operations Manager at MARC Therapies. In this role, Charlie builds strong community partnerships to create meaningful and inclusive employment opportunities. Passionate about fostering a supportive environment, Charlie is committed to helping individuals thrive through purposeful and empowering work experiences.

JaNisa Smith
Program Manager
JaNisa is a dedicated professional with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) in vocational settings. She began her career as a job coach in 2012 and transitioned to a program management role at MARC Therapies in 2020. JaNisa specializes in guiding vocational associates, offering comprehensive support for their emotional, physical, and cognitive needs. Known for fostering a joyful and inclusive environment, she is committed to helping individuals find purpose, fulfillment, and pride in their accomplishments.

Kelley Lee, MS, OTRL, CBIS, CKTP, ECHM
Program Manager & Lead Occupational Therapist
Kelley Lee has 25 years of healthcare experience. Kelley has worked in mental health and traumatic brain injury rehabilitation and is currently the lead occupational therapist and one of the program managers at MARC. She is passionate about bringing occupational therapy to home and community settings and developing programming that fosters independence and provides purposeful and meaningful activity. Kelley’s passion for occupational therapy is rooted in her dedication to person-centered care.
In addition to her clinical work, Kelley has served as an adjunct professor at Eastern Michigan University and continues to mentor occupational therapy students. Her expertise also includes more than a decade of conducting comprehensive home evaluations for individuals with TBI, helping to create safe and supportive environments tailored to their needs.
